Thrashing workers at toll plaza has turn out to be a regular observable fact at the present, and has been reported from all over the nation, chiefly in the northern regions.
Violent happenings have turned up in the recent past showcasing the egotistical actions of political leaders and how they mistreat power.
Occurrences like these strengthen that many such services remain easy bait for ‘VIP’ pushing around in spite of public fury and objections.
Considering a recent event, Kanpur Dehat Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Rahuldev Agnihotri and his son beaten up toll plaza worker in UP’s Akbarpur city on February 28.
The event happened after Rahuldev Agnihotri was making attempts to cross the toll plaza without making payment of the toll money.
The toll plaza worker did not allow their car lead through, resulting into the clash.
As per a CCTV footage, it can be seen that Agnihotri and his son forcefully entering the plaza and slapping the employee.
Ex State Minister & BJP MLA Jeetmal Khant got caught on CCTV hitting a toll plaza worker in Banswada town of Rajasthan. In a video recording, which turned viral, Khant (In green) made entry to the toll hut where the staff member was sitting and hit him for asking for toll from his supporters.
This isn’t the first time a BJP member has been charged of behaving badly with toll plaza personnel. In another similar event, that occurred few months back, Vijay Charel, spouse of a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Sangeeta Charel, got caught hitting a toll plaza worker in Ratlam region of Madhya Pradesh.
In a video recording shared by media people, Vijay Charel can be seen forcefully entering into the plaza together with his supporters and slapping the innocent member of staff. The incident took place after he was making attempts to cross that place without making toll payment.
According to reports, Choral has refused fighting with the toll plaza worker.

On February 14, son of a BJP politician Pooran Prakash supposedly hit a staff member at the toll plaza in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura region
Prakash, who stands for the Baldev constituency later gave a justification saying, “My security vehicles went before us but they still dropped that stick on our car, despite seeing vidhayak [legislator] written on it prominently”.
