Congress president Rahul Gandhi has landed in a trouble recently as he hurt the sentiments of Sai Baba followers.
The Congress leader posted a tweet in which he suggested that Union railway minister Piyush Goyal and his wife who are allegedly involved in a scam had the blessings of Shirdi.
Rahul Gandhi tweeted-

He meant, “Friends… The miracles of Shirdi have no boundaries
His tweet clearly hurt the sentiments of the Sai Baba followers. Dr Suresh Haware, the Chairman of the Trust expressed it on Twitter and asked for an apology from Rahul Gandhi. He tweeted-
राहुलजी, राजनैतिक आरोप-प्रत्यारोप के बीच “शिर्डी “ को खिचना बहुत दर्दनाक है। ईससे, देश-विदेशके साईभक्तोंको बहुत ठेस पहुंची है।सभी साईभक्तोंकी ओरसे हम इसकी निंदा करते है।इस अपमानके लिए साईभक्तोंकी आपने माफी मांगनी चाहिए।
He meant, “Rahul Ji, It’s painful that you have brought “Shirdi” in the political game. This act has hurt the Sai followers all over the country and world and on the behalf of all of them, I condemn it. You should apologise from all the Sai followers for this insult.”
