But, there is someone from the industry has who has refused to support Deepika Padukone in this critical situation, she is none other than Kangana Ranaut, according to reports.
According to reports, the iconic personality of Bollywood Shabana Azmi admitted an appeal to the Prime Minister of our nation and got it signed by many popular and major personality from the film industry to get hardcore security for Deepika who has received death warnings by the Rajput community for playing the role of Rani Padmavati.
The latest report implies that Kangana has denied signing the petition.
“Kangana refused point-blank. She said an outright no to signing the Deepika Bachao petition, much to Shabana’s shock and annoyance,” the website quoted a source as saying.
For the unaware audience, these two actresses from Bollywood Kangana and Deepika are not on good terms. The latter had reportedly given her award won for Happy New Year to Kangana’s play in Queen. This thing annoyed the Queen Kangana, who felt that Deepika could have directly acknowledged her work instead of taking it in public in such a way.
Further, When Kangana was fighting a legal battle against the Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, no one stood by the side Kangana. She fought the battle all alone against the army of celebrities who were favouring Hrithik.
On the work front, Kangana is ready with a historical character in an upcoming film titled Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. Majorly, the movie also features ex-boyfriend of Deepika Padukone Nihaar.
