Meadow was born in 1998 to Paul and Rebecca Soteros. Although her mother and father did not live together, they did everything to make her feel loved. Rebecca entirely trusted Paul on the matters concerning their daughter’s upbringing. The actor called Meadow his best friend and even tried spending most of his free time with her.
Meadow Walker lived with her mother for 13 years in Hawaii and then moved to California to live with her father. Paul even had a tattoo of her name on his right hand.

While presenting the Paul Walker Ocen Leadership Award and Youth Award, she revealed, “My dad was in awe of the ocean and wanted to see it protected. It’s exciting to know scholarships and students…will ensure the future of our oceans. It’s an honor to be supporting them and the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s teen program.”
