As per latest reports, well known super star Shahid Kapoor has inked a major property deal in recent times as he has purchased a duplex in one of the Mumbai’s posh regions, Worli, for around Rs 55.60 crore.
In addition, the actor has also made a payment of Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the administration to get his place registered.
The actor’s new flat is situated on the 42nd-43rd floors of Tower B of Three Sixty West.
The total area of two floors measure 427.98 square metre and 300.48 sq m, which consists of a gallery covering up an area of 40.88 sq m. The overall region makes up to 801.30 sq m, or 8,625 sq ft.
Together with the posh flat, the Jab We Met star also obtains six car parking areas in the similar building.
The property deal got finalized on June 27 while its registry was done on July 12 in the names of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and his wife, Mira Shahid Kapoor.
