Erica Fernandes is all set to step in Shweta Tiwari’s shoes who earlier played the protagonist Prerna. TV hottie Parth Samthaan has taken Cezanne Khan’s place who played Anurag Basu’s role.
Erica and Parth’s chemistry is clearly visible in the promo song which makes it want to see them more in the show.
Earlier, when Erica was asked about her starring in the show, she completely refused any such rumors and said, “Oh no! that’s completely not true. Having said that, it’s great to know that Kasautii is making a comeback, as it was a really nice show. If I sign something, I would break the news myself. Until then, I am just going to travel around the globe and explore.”
As per the reports, apart from Parth Samthaan, Ssharad Malhotra and Barun Sobti were also running in the race for playing the lead. However, Parth is the one who bagged it.
Parth is quite popular among the buffs and also has a huge fan following which led him to bag this great opportunity.
