Former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir recently gave a big statement regarding the India-Paksiatn ties. Showing up his anger against the neighbouring country’s activities, he suggested to cut off all ties with Pakistan.
Talking to ANI, he said-
“Merely boycotting cricketing ties with Pakistan will not help. If a ban is imposed, it should be in all sectors, be it films, music or any other. Nobody from Pakistan should be provided an opportunity to perform in India unless the relations between the two neighbours improve.”
His statement has not gone down well with many people and an Australian journalist also criticised him for this. Calling him a verbal terrorist, he tweeted-
