Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor is paparazzi’s favourite star kid. Among many names, hers is on the top whose Bollywood debut is much awaited. However, now it seems like the wait is finally over. It is reported that she will make her debut opposite Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishan Khatter.
The duo will be seen in the remake of hit Marathi Film ‘Sairat’. The film will hit the floors on December 1. According to the reports, Jhanvi and Ishaan will start shooting the film in Mumbai real soon. Ishaan has already made his debut in film ‘Beyond the Clouds’, while Jhanvi’s debut is most awaited.
Sairat is a hit Marathi movie which talked about the caste issue and how love marriages are still not permitted in many parts of India. It was the first Marathi film to earn Rs 100 crore on Box office. Karan Johar is planning to make a Hindi remake of it by bringing fresh face and young talent. However, we can expect some changes in script and screenplay of the hindi remake.
In the film, Jhanvi would be seen playing an upper middle class girl, while Ishaan would play a macho guy from lower section of the society.
