Earlier this month, while on a shoot for the upcoming Lux Golden Rose Awards, Alia received a letter. It was an appreciation letter by Asia’s sexiest woman Deepika Padukone.
The letter read,
“Dear Alia,
Highway mein tum bina makeup ki bhi khoobsurat lgi,
Lekin road par bitaye woh 52 mushkil din, kissi ko nazar nahi aaye,
Alia tum ho sabse chotti, par mehnat krne me sabse bdi.
Your biggest fan,
Deepika.”
Deepika said that Alia looked extremely beautiful in her movie ‘Highway’ even when she applied no make-up. However, nobody counts her hard work she made, and how she spent 52 days on roads. She says, that Alia is the youngest, yet the most hardworking actress in the industry.
And now, cutie Alia has penned down a heart-warming note for another leading actress. Being inspired by a heartfelt letter she received from Deepika Padukone on the sets of Lux Golden Rose Awards, Alia Bhatt decided to don the writer’s hat and penned a letter to another fellow actor. The lucky lady to receive this was none other than the vivacious Kareena Kapoor Khan.
The letter reads:
“Dear Kareena,
Apne career ke bulandi pe
Tumne chuna Chameli jaisa role
Par un galliyon mein jo waqt bitaya,
kissi ne na jana Tum ho mere liye ek inspiration
-Alia”
In the letter, she wrote, “Dear Kareena, At peak of your career, you chose the role of Chameli. But nobody can ever realise about the time you spend you spent in those streets. You are an inspiration to me.- Alia.”
Kareena expressed her gratitude and love after reading the letter saying “I love you Alia”
It’s rare to see a Top Bollywood actress appreciating talent and beauty of another actress.
Alia will be next seen in a film ‘Raazi’, while Kareena is working on ‘Veere Di Wedding.’
